Your role:

•\tpartner with other team members to create marketing plans and track prospecting activities.

You have:

•\tdemonstrated experience in wealth management: financial planning, investments, wealth structuring, asset allocation, client management

•\tbuilt trust and effectively manage relationships with clients by thoroughly understanding their needs, providing advice and delivering appropriate products and services

•\tproven ability to drive business results with a broad background in retirement solutions, general investment matters, working knowledge of credit and applicable trust and estate planning issues

•\tdemonstrated understanding of investments, banking and planning concepts including: asset allocation/portfolio construction, equities and fixed income trading, credit/lending, basic trust and estate solutions, retirement planning

•\tat a minimum seven years of progressively responsible banking, investment and personal financial planning/advisory related experience with significant experience in affluent ($2 million or more of investible assets) client relationship management and business development with complex client cases

•\tstrong skills in diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism; ability to build and maintain U/HNW client relationships while driving new business

•\tstrong partnership skills, works within a team environment to ensure that the client's expectations are being met

•\ta relevant undergraduate degree with additional technical training (CIM, CFA, CFP, CSC) a definite asset.

•\texcellent communication and presentation skills and are fluent in English (other languages would be an asset).

•\tbeen registered with the applicable provincial securities commission. If not currently registered, you would be expected to complete the requirements to become registered within 12 to 18 months of hire date.
