Are you a detail-oriented multi-tasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the ANZ Employee Conduct team. You’ll:
be a key point of contact for Compliance & Operational Risk Control education queries
staff regulatory accreditations including onboarding process and monitoring of ongoing competency
support delivery of induction training for new joiners in Australia
engagement in regular Compliance training planning process
maintain effective filing systems [both manually and electronically]
monthly management regularly reporting ensuring the delivery is completed
monitoring of staff compliance against Policy requirements in relation to ongoing competency and education deliverables
work closely with offshore team supporting the Education and Training team

You'll be working in the Employee Conduct team based in Sydney. This team is part of a global team and are responsible for all Employee compliance related matters for staff based in Australia and New Zealand.
The team is also responsible for driving the Compliance training program for APAC and globally for Asset Management and Corporate Centre divisions.
Your experience and skills:
– 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment
– demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
– a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
– incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off)
– able to work flexible hours, when needed
- be proactive, a self starter with a focus on delivering high quality work
