You will be based in Shanghai and will be working with the Asia-Pacific research team in Hong Kong and Singapore. You are responsible for fundamental credit research of Chinese high yield and investment grade corporates. The research activities form the basis for recommendations to the fund managers of the Asia-Pacific fixed income portfolios and where required, global portfolios.
Your experience and skills:
•experienced in credit analysis of the onshore China corporate space (vital for this role!)
•fluent in Mandarin and English (writing, reading and speaking)
•a Bachelor Degree, CA/CPA/CFA/SIA preferred
•5+ years relevant credit experience
•a background in Banking, Rating Agency or Funds Management
•a good understanding of balance sheets, cash flows and accounting methods
•previous experience in financial modelling experience skills
•detailed knowledge of core products (Bonds, CDS)
- the AMAC license
