Your role:

Are you a multitasker? Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? We're looking for someone like this to:

. run projects from A to Z for our regional Head of Change

. ensure regular tracking of testing progress, result and issue logs & Management of SharePoint sites, access right and document uploads

. support the PMO Lead in hiring activities and local HR administrative tasks in close collaboration with responsible HR functions globally and regionally

. support in various ad hoc tasks, such as organizing building access, new employee system access set-up

. act as a first point of contact for IT and security issues for the IMT Team

. review of meeting materials and reporting to ensure they comply with the agreed standards, and following up on inconsistencies as necessary

Your team:

The Independent Management Testing \"IMT\" program is a global initiative within UBS delivering independent testing and providing assurance over the key controls addressing the bank’s major risks. This global team sits within Group Risk Control in the Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) function. This program currently has three major workstreams: SOX, Information Technology and Compliance and is expanding.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

. bachelor's degree and Advanced excel (including writing macros) and Power point skills

. demonstrable experience in MIS and data analysis

. excellent communication and organizational skills

. demonstrable experience in setting up and running a PMO

You are:

. able to interact comfortably with all levels of management

. ability to operate successfully in a matrix environment

comfortable with hands-on detailed work as well as high-level strategic analysis and thinking

. proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements

. highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
