Your role:

– review incoming documents for clients according to internal and external regulations

– capture client static data based on client and front office documentation

– provide financial advisors support with document management in connection with the onboarding or maintaining of client relationships

– make sure that the document records correspond with data in the system

– process end of day controls

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Client Onboarding team in Nashville, TN. We ensure the integrity of the books and records of the firm remains intact. We act as the first level support for all UBS Wealth Management American's branch personnel.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– proven experience in client service (ideally in banking)

– a basic understanding of current regulatory requirements like KYC

– some knowledge of onboarding

– a basic understanding of business structures and business documents (i.e. corporation resolution)

You are:

– a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)

– a skilled written and verbal communicator

– a strong problem solver with strong analytical skills

– a dedicated and flexible team player with a can-do attitude
