Create and implement a strategic, quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions; monitor and re-assess regularly
Provide extensive knowledge of target market and identify new prospects by developing a strong network with opinion leaders and door openers
Develop a mutual understanding with the client and establish trustworthy client partnerships with main focus on strategic advice, expanding share of wallet with existing clients and winning back former clients
Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date investor profile and fully document the client relationship
Work closely with other team members, regularly sharing information on clients and client activities and sharing best practices
Define the investment strategy and the contractual arrangement most suitable to each new client in cooperation with the Investment Advisor WM considering the potential of all UBS booking centers where compliant with regulations
Consistently bring UBS expertise and content to clients and prospects via strategic investment advice, in line with CIO house view and Research based advice
Initiate pitches to clients and prospects, coordinating with specialists from other areas (e.g. Process & Risk Specialist, Investment Products & Services, Investment Bank, Asset Management)
Coordinate transfers of new clients to the Investment Advisor WM after a short onboarding phase
Arrange senior management coverage of client where appropriate
Ensure clients are managed in accordance with all relevant regulation, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture on the team
The Relationship Manager position will be based in Mexico City reporting to the Head of IA.
Your experience and skills:
Sustainable financial performance along agreed market-specific KPIs such as revenue growth and NNM from existing and new clients
Implement a clear strategy for profitable growth of the client base, generating Net New Money and building up long term client relationships
Overall client satisfaction
Highly effective personal organization, structured planning and efficient time management
