UBS Financial Services IT Support Analyst in Mexico D.F., Mexico
Applying knowledge, experience and expertise in a particular aspect of the service delivery strategy and process to achieve desired outcomes on a timely basis.
Contributing (a) specific domain knowledge, (b) specific process expertise, and (c) technical capabilities to support the successful implementation of the delivery model, as defined and implemented by the Service Delivery Manager.
Executing activities to be aligned with the strategies, standards and processes established by the Service Delivery Manager and contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives and efforts.
Domain knowledge and expertise and
Technical knowledge and expertise to the management of existing and/or new IT products and services
Supporting the Service & Product Manager across wide set of technical domains
Performing various aspects aligned to application ownership
Updating necessary systems to reflect current application status (i-SAC, EAPM, etc.)
Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
