Your team:

Ensure superior client experience through providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client related processes.

Be the point of contact for optimal support and service delivery in processing client orders and dealing with client queries.

Assist in the handling and resolution of compliance and document related matters.

Prepare client visits and business trips and actively assist in the follow-up action.

Follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the cross-border regulations.

Key Deliverables

 Client satisfaction and outstanding client experience through

 Delivery of high quality services to client advisors and where applicable respective clients

 Flawless and efficient execution and documentation of clients' and/or Client Advisor's orders

 Active management and prioritization of client queries

 Proactive identification, professional management and efficient resolution of risks and issues

 Continuous process improvement through regular knowledge exchange among CAAs across sectors (sharing lessons learned and best practices)
