Your role:

Are you a master of transactions? Do you know how to take care of clients? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

– Ensure the reporting for investment funds to the local regulators (e.g. CSSF, BCL) and also to regulators in different distribution countries (e.g. Italy, Japan, Hong Kong and other foreign jurisdictions)

– Deal with incoming requests from fund auditors, distribution partners, fund promoters and other teams

– Support the implementation of efficient, reliable and high-quality processes

– Analyze of new requirements (e.g. IFRS, SFTR)

– Provide AIFMD reporting for Luxemburgish and Dutch companies (coordination with internal teams & Fund Management Companies in Luxembourg and Netherland as well as external service providers).

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Fund Reporting team in Luxembourg. We cover the tax, legal and client reporting's for our Investment Funds and Third Party / Private Label Funds in close co-ordination with external tax experts and audit companies. Our responsibility will include, the calculation and preparation of all reporting for foreign jurisdictions, the monitoring of accuracy in tax figures as well as the analyses of new requirements and their implementation.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– a significant work experience in the financial industry and legal/regulatory knowledge

– strong analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture

– good command of excel, a first experience in report development would be an asset

– excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You are:

– totally focused on client service

– motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)

– fluent in English and German.
