Your role:

Do you want to keep criminals from abusing the financial system? Do you know how to maintain independence and objectivity? We're looking for someone like that to:

– provide core support for all financial crime, and specifically sanctions compliance matters

– collect and analyze large amounts of complex data using Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access

– collaborate across the organization to assess and manage risks related to customers, products, services, transactions, and escalate these as appropriate

– design and implement key policies, procedures, training and other controls to mitigate sanctions risk

– assist with periodic testing and evaluation of the sanctions control framework

Your team:

You’ll be working closely and reporting into the UK and Regional Head of Sanctions, based in London. You will be a liaison with other Financial Crime Compliance and Business stakeholders to ensure the EMEA sanctions controls are in place and effective.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– a university degree

– a good understanding of international sanctions regulatory environment and awareness of the global landscape

– strong analytical skills and attention to detail

– confidence to challenge the status quo and demonstrate strong risk awareness (you’ve got good judgment)

You are:

– well organized, with a sharp attention to detail

– result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)

– fluent in English
