We're looking for someone like this to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to coordinate deliverables in the annual planning process and ensure demand submissions support business strategy and priorities

  • Effectively communicate with senior management and other stakeholders to accurately represent planning status, areas for attention and decisions required

  • Ensure guidance and principles are thorough and complete and in agreement with surrounding processes and tools

  • Conduct detailed analysis of the change portfolio and summarize findings into observations and concrete recommendations

  • Perform assessment on change program submissions to ensure information is complete, accurate and representative of the portfolio

  • Represent GT Strategy and Planning viewpoint on various stakeholder forums and progress status forward

  • Manage multiple deliverables concurrently and enable decision making on funding and prioritization

  • Support change planning material preparation for senior management forums

  • Ensure that internal and external requests for information are addressed and met to a high standard

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Group Technology Strategy & Planning team in the GCOO COO team. We are a part of Technology Operations Management. We are responsible for coordinating the annual change planning process, alongside the Group Strategic Change Management Team. The stream works closely with the Portfolio Managers in the business divisions, Change The Bank Leadership within Technology, Finance and Group Strategic Change Management to coordinate the annual change planning submissions across the firm.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • Proven strong client management skills, particularly at a senior level

  • A wide vantage point, you can see how Finance, Change management and IT work together

  • The ability to convert financial and non-financial data into actionable management information

  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with a desire to delve into systems to fully understand their capabilities

  • Capability to construct presentations and communications to senior management level and detailed guidance and operational instructions to program/portfolio managers

  • Attention to detail and data quality, with a \"right first time\" approach

  • Ability to multitask and manage tasks to completion across multiple stakeholders and time zones

You are:

  • Familiar with PMO reporting and tools

  • Familiar with program and portfolio financials

  • Incredibly organized

  • Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Able to effectively manage multiple, complex initiatives and conflicting priorities

  • A strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

  • Able to quickly building networks and connections
