Your role:

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Application Support Group in London. We are aligned to the Asset Management business and are responsible for providing Level 2 application support in a 24x5.5 follow-the-sun model. The onshore team in London is backed up by an offshore support hub in Pune, India. Our responsibilities cover all of the business applications from front to back office, offering wide variety and excellent learning opportunities.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– a natural ability to solve complex issues

– experience in a role like this

– supported both packaged and custom solutions

– banking and custody know-how

– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)

You are:

– a confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences

– capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services

– broadly experienced in a range of technical skills

– familiar with multiple operating systems and common support tools

– preferably ITIL certified
