UBS Financial Services IT Management Support Officer in Kraków, Poland

Your role:

Do you want to join the local Technology management team and help support 1,000+ UBS staff in Poland?

We’re looking for someone to provide management support and assistance for our regional management team. Responsibilities are wide-ranging and varied, including:

 Data gathering and reporting

 Preparing presentations

 Providing general administrative support

 Supporting senior management with ad-hoc tasks

 Helping to orientate new joiners

 Facilitating expenses and invoices from suppliers, liaising closely with Finance department.

 Provisioning IT equipment and peripherals

 Organising and minuting meetings

 Organizing visits, town halls, floor walks

 Being an advisor to the workforce and building a local network of contacts

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • Good presentation skills

  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Analytical skills – able to quickly understand and process data

  • Good communications skills – friendly and approachable

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
