UBS Financial Services Data Analyst – EUA Governance in Kraków, Poland

Your role:

Data analytics and reporting for the EUA Governance Office will be the main focus of your work. You will be responsible for providing daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports, monitoring the quality of data in our tools and improving the design and reliability of information we supply. You will also be managing a significant proportion of our day to day communications with our colleagues from across UBS – you will be expected to handle queries and requests independently or refer them to other team members as required. You will be expected to prepare and lead user training sessions, including to senior members of staff.

This role provides an opportunity to develop knowledge of functions across a large global organisation and establish relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will also have the chance to enhance your technical skills and gain exposure to IT application lifecycle management.

You’ll be working in the global EUA Governance Office team and will be based in Krakow. We are a small team whose members operate with a high degree of independence while maintaining close knowledge of each other's areas of responsibility. Your experience and skills:

Your experience and skills:

• Min. 2 years of experience in data analytics and reporting

• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA

• Able to work with complex problems and high-level requirements, autonomously proposing solutions and implementing them

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English

• Experience in building automated analytics and reporting solutions

• Experience in designing reporting dashboards, familiarity with data visualization
