Your role:

Are you passionate about helping your clients get the right outcome? Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly? We are looking for someone who will support the PMO Service Delivery Senior Management in all administrative matters that relate to the following:

-presentation packs support , ad hoc recruitment presentations, reporting and project tasks

-HR team data updates , calculation of Team utilization

-calendar management, taking into account complex diaries and global time zones

-assistance with arrangements for offsites and townhalls

-meeting's agenda preparation , writing minutes

-organization of international travel arrangements

Your team:

You’ll be working in the dynamically growing team in Krakow whose role is to support various programs across the UBS bank with PMO expertise , methodology and systems

Your experience and skills:

You have

• at least 2 years of administrative assistant experience/ personal assistant in an international environment

• excellent organizational skills with an innate sense of how to prioritize and be proactive

• a reliable working style with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• good knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

• excellent command of English

You are:

• a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

• flexible and able to multi-task and work well under pressure

• able to work independently and with flexible hours, when needed
