Your role:

Are you a detail-oriented multi-tasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the Head of Indonesia Coverage. You’ll:

–\tmanage and maintain calendars, including conference calls, vacation, travel and meetings across multiple time zones and partner with assistants globally

–\treview and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences

–\tprovide organizational support, including team / client meetings, logistics, attendees, materials and communication

–\tadminister filing systems [both manually and electronically]

–\ttake care of processing invoices and expenses

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Investment Banking team in Indonesia. We provide corporate, institutional and wealth management clients with advice, solutions, execution and full access to the world’s capital markets. We help our clients identify and access the investments that match their specific objectives.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

–\tseveral years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment

–\tdemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

You are:

–\ta strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

–\tincredibly organized, who has strong attention to details, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off)

–\table to work flexible hours, when needed

–\tfluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian to work support colleagues within the Country Coverage team as well as clients
