Your role:

–\tRepresent the CLM & Reference Data Technology Service Line (a globally distributed organisation) in the APAC region fostering close relationships with your globaly distributed peers and by establishing a strong regional stakeholder network.

–\tLead a team of business change professionals within the APAC Region supporting Client Lifecycle Management

–\tRun end to end or perform substream lead roles in major change programmes within Client Lifecycle Management & Reference Data domains

Your team:

You’ll be working GCOO IT CLM & Reference Data Team within UBS Technology. You will report into the CLM IT Service Line Head and be responsible for managing local teams across Hong Kong and Singapore.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

–\tLeadership experience within technology & business transformation in a global financial services environment

–\tIn-depth experience of Client Lifecycle Management and Reference Data required for financial institutions ideally across Investment Banking / Wealth Management segments

–\tthe ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, understand how they operate, be able to interpret their technology needs and work with development teams to produce robust solutions (you know what they really want)

–\tthe ability to run change programmes including development and management of an execution plan, associated financials, people management and RAID.

–\tan understanding of the software development lifecycle

–\tstrong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills

You are:

–\tpassionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications

–\ttechnically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability

–\tadaptable, able to work across teams and functions globally

–\tfluent in english
