UBS Financial Services Head of Change Management - based in Jersey, UK in St. Helier,

Your role:

You will lead and oversee a team of project managers and business analysts, either directly or as part of a matrix organisation, responsible for the project portfolio within Wealth Management Jersey.

You will be responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and/or cross functional projects building together an entire strategic program. This includes responsibility for the timely implementation of defined program objectives in line with quality standards and budget.

Key Responsibilities

‐ Management of large and highly complex change initiatives to ensure the location is supported effectively.

‐ Provide insight and transparency to business functions and collaborate to successfully deliver your change project portfolio.

‐ Review project scopes, goals and deliverables that support business requirements as well as project success criteria's.

‐ Determine and assess need for internal and external resources and recruit the appropriate resources if necessary

‐ Conduct project reviews and create a recommendations report in order to highlight successful and unsuccessful project elements.

You will be part of the Change Management Team responsible for Jersey. You will be based in Jersey, part of the United Kingdom.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

‐ Experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager for large scale and high complex projects with cross divisional and international project scope, preferably in global companies within the financial industry.

‐ Good understanding of the wealth management business model, client structures, operational and business front to back processes, regulatory strategies and priorities.

‐ Analytical thinking and critical evaluation, with experience in applying practical business analytics and commercial awareness in a complex, multi-functional, multi-jurisdictional environment.

‐ Proven leadership & motivational skills; ability to lead a diverse team of change managers towards successful completion of goals.

‐ Demonstrable understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies evidenced by successful project deliveries (e.g. requirement gathering, stakeholder management, risks / issues management, status reports and budget forecast and planning). Knowledge and experience of various project development methodologies (including Waterfall, PRINCE2 and AGILE) is a plus.

‐ The ability to think and act beyond your own area of responsibility and actively drive and support the organisational development e.g. transformation programs, process-and product improvements, coaching of staff, etc.)
