Your role:

The Private Wealth Management Assistant Ops Manager works to improve the efficiency and productivity of the organization by supporting business processes, information flow and organizational planning. To this end, the Assistant Ops Manager must be able to:

-\tPlay a significant role in the training and managing of operational support staff, making recommendations in hiring, promoting, disciplining and terminating

-\tMonitor and manage operational costs, annual budgeting and planning

-\tDeal with operations-related client issues and complaints

-\tOversee the branch operational risk and audit process

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– 1-3 years of experience with a leading financial institution

– a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)

– series 7, 66, 9, and 10.

You are:

– motivated, self-directed and driven

– talented at working within a partnership

– Organized, ready to track and communicate with various team tasks
