Your role:

Your team:

You’ll be working in the CORC (Compliance and Operational Risk) ASG (Application Support Group) team in New York. This is a global team supporting a large number of applications for compliance, monitoring and detect controls. The team operates follow-the-sun support model and is comprised of both UBS and vendor staff, located across the globe. The team works closely with our development team to ensure smooth transition of new applications to the production environment and to efficiently resolve issues that may arise.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

-strong analytical and problem solving skills and are technically competent

-a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners

-excellent communication skills and are able to portray complex technical and business problems in a clear and concise manner

-proven experience of leading a sizeable team of outsourced staff in a technical support environment, within an ITIL framework.

You are:

-a people person that demonstrable ability to manage teams with conflicting priorities to ensure the best outcome for your stakeholders
